HOW TO RELAX?

Life today is very tense and stressful, which also reflects on our health, especially mental. In recent years I have a few anxiety attacks. I learned how to control them. This does not mean that I no longer have them, they are just not as frequent and intense. I started worked on myself more: have me time, time for relax. This is not selfishness, but self-care. It is important that we love and take care for ourselves, not only to others.
HOW I DO THIS? Sometimes I turn on scented candle or scented rod. Occasionally I use the essential oil of lavender. I also love relaxing music. I fing music on YouTube, into a searcher I type: music for relaxing or meditation music etc. There is a lot of music to help you for  studying or work/for kids/concentration.
I usually do this before sleep. I lie down on the bed and close my eyes. Breathe the air in through your nose and out through the mouth. Calm down and try to relax your minds.  Sometimes I need only 10 minutes. But if you can, take more time for yourself. It helps.

KAKO SE SPROSTITI?
Življenje danes je žal zelo napeto in stresno, kar se odraža tudi na našem zdravju, predvsem mentalnemu. V preteklih letih sem imela nekaj anksioznih napadov, katere sem se naučila kontrolirati. To ne pomeni, da jih nimam več, le niso tako pogosti in intenzivni. Pričela sem delati več na sebi: si vzeti čas zase, čas za sprostitev. To ni egoizem, temveč skrb zase. Pomembno je, da se imamo radi in skrbimo zase, ne le za druge.
KAKO TO POČNEM? Včasih prižgem dišečo svečko ali dišečo paličko. Občasno uporabim tudi eterično olje sivke. Obožujem glasbo za sproščanje. Najdem jo kar na YouTubu, kjer v brskalnik odtipkam v angleščini: music for relaxing ali meditation music itd. Ogromno je tudi glasbe, ki vam pomaga pri lažjem učenje ali delu/za otroke/koncentracijo.
Ponavadi to naredim pred spanjem. Uležem se na posteljo in zaprem oči.
Zrak vdihnite skozi nos in izdihnite skozi usta. Pomirite se in sprostite svoje misli. Včasih potrebujem samo 10 minut. Ampak če lahko, si vzemite več časa zase. Pomaga.
